Gabriel Bámgbóṣé, University of California, San Diego

Gabriel Bámgbóṣé is an assistant professor of African and Comparative Literature at the University of California, San Diego. He is a poet, literary critic, and translator. His interests in scholarship include Black poetics, African women’s literature, feminist, postcolonial, and decolonial thoughts. Bámgbóṣé’s work has appeared in African Literature Today, CLCWeb: Comparative Literature and Culture, Contemporary Humanities, and Ideas & Futures, among others.
