Ana Marija Petrunic ampetrun@ucalgary.ca is a Master of Arts student in the Graduate Division of Educational Research in the Faculty of Education at the University of Calgary. Her thesis research focuses on the role of cultural hybridity theory among educators in post-conflict Kosovo and its effect on the democratization of education as it relates to minority group rights. Currently, she is working as a Professional Development Consultant for the Educator Development Program in Kosovo and Serbia-Montenegro. Her work focuses on in-service teacher training, youth development, and enabling local capacity building in regional school administration offices.
