Notes that the dominance of the public sector, in particular the Federal Government, and the abnormally low role of private business, in the economy of Alaska, are factors which minimize effects of loss and speed reconstruction. In the short term, the economy was stimulated by the disaster, but continued dependence on Federal support is viewed as economically undesirable.Téléchargements
