In this editorial, the orginial aims of the journal are discussed in light of the growth and development of CJNSE over the past 10 years. In addition, articles within this issue are highlighted as is the hard work of all who made this issue possible.

Andrew Coombs, Queen's University

Andrew, a PhD student in the Faculty of Education at Queen’s University, is the Associate Editor for CJNSE. His doctoral research is centred on how early career experiences shape teachers' assessment attitudes, literacy, competence. Andrew has previously served as editor for the Rosa Bruno-Jofre Symposium, Selected Papers and Research in a Nutshell
