Dr. Keeley is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Military, Security and Strategic Studies. His research interests are primarily in the theory of international regimes and nuclear non-proliferation, including safeguards and verification issues. Some of this has been done in the context of research contracts for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. His recent work in these areas has concentrated particularly on developing a list (as of 2009, over 2200 items) of bilateral civilian nuclear cooperation agreements. The list is currently (2014-15) being updated. Copies of the list, and of an associated dataset, are available on request.
