Based on the characteristics of different educational climates identified through previous research, this article attempts to demonstrate how these climates are rooted in the attitudes of the adult's growth process. In addition, by analyzing the impact of these climates on a child's development, the article concludes that it is essential to reintroduce, in an educational mode l, the authoritarian support that is vital to a child's growth.
