The Quest for Understanding in Educational Administration: A Habermasian Perspective on the "Griffiths-Greenfield Debate"

In this discussion I consider the current confusion in the theory and research tradition in educational administration, specifically by addressing the Griffiths Greenfield debate from the perspective of Habermasian communications theory. I argue that the field's inability to reach a new understanding can be partially attributed to inappropriate communications structures and strategies and that new approaches are required.Téléchargements
